1. VR and EEG Laboratory Setup — Current progress of the VR and EEG laboratory setup was presented, including VR hardware deployment, integration with EEG systems, and laboratory positioning for research and teaching.

2. Project Website — The project website was reviewed and confirmed as the main dissemination and visibility platform.

3. Budget Review Procedures — Partners exchanged information on institutional budget review processes and emphasized alignment between implementation progress and financial procedures.

4. Transnational Training Visits

  • Germany → Türkiye: 6–10 April 2026 (VR/EEG training, Çanakkale)
  • Türkiye → Germany: End of September 2026 (VR/AR, Unity, research practice, Munich)

5. VR Teaching and Training Plan — Training aims to provide foundational knowledge of VR and Unity and support experimental design and data collection.

6. External Expert Support — External expert support for VR training was confirmed.

7. VR and EEG Research Directions — Discussion covered multimodal research combining VR, EEG, behavior, and eye-tracking.
