4. Objectives of the Meeting
#

The objective of the Project Kick-off Meeting was to formally initiate the implementation phase of the Erasmus+ project. The meeting focused on coordinating key aspects of the project, including laboratory development, project website setup, budget review procedures, and the planning of teaching and training activities.

Agenda Item 1: VR and EEG Laboratory System Setup

The current progress of the VR and EEG laboratory setup was presented and discussed, including VR hardware deployment, integration with EEG systems, and laboratory positioning for research and teaching.
